摘要：

To the Editor, Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) is the second most common primary hepatic malignancy after hepatocellular carcinoma, accounting for approximately 10e15 % of all primary liver cancers.1 ICC is an aggressive malignant tumor, arising proximally to the secondorder bile ducts. However, ICC invading the gallbladder in clinical settings is relatively rare and is difficult to distinguish from gallbladder cancer invading the liver. Herein, we report a case of ICC invading the gallbladder, hoping to aid future clinical diagnoses.
