摘要：

To the Editor, Primary mediastinal yolk sac tumor (PMYST) is rare, aggressive, and often metastatic, with poor prognosis.1,2 Here, we report a case of a boy with PMYST, who had elevated AFP and HCG levels. 18F-FDG PET/CT scans revealed an anterior mediastinal mass, lung nodules, and lymphadenopathy, all showing high metabolic activity.
