Background: Recent advancements with novel antibody-drug
conjugates (ADCs) have demonstrated efficacy in patients with
human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) ultralow. This
study aimed to evaluate the concordance of HER2 status between
core needle biopsy (CNB) and surgical resection specimens,
focusing on HER2-null and HER2-ultralow.
