Background: Breast carcinoma with fibrotic focus (FF) is significantly correlated with metastasis, targeted therapy resistance and
a poor prognosis of breast carcinoma. However, no reports
investigated the intratumor transcriptomic heterogeneity between fibrotic lesions and HER2 expression in breast cancer. This
study aimed to investigate transcriptomic features in different
HER2 expression levels and fibrosis grade of HR Negative Breast
Cancer.
