Goals: This study aims to identify risk factors associated with the
prognosis in patients with sentinel lymph node (SLN) micrometastasis, and analyze the prognostic impact of axillary lymph node
dissection (ALND) or radiotherapy in these patients, to identify
specific populations in which ALND can be omitted.
