摘要：

Primary epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma of the lung is an extremely rare histological form that originates in the bronchial glands. Pulmonary epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma (P-EMC) in the peripheral lung is extremely rare; to our knowledge, multiple primary P-EMC has not been reported to date. Here, we report a rare case of P-EMC presenting as multiple synchronous lesions. The patient underwent two treatments by video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) within three years. At the 4-month follow-up, the patient had no evidence of recurrence. In conclusion, our case report may contribute to the understanding of P-EMC.Copyright © 2022 The Society of Thoracic Surgeons.
